We have just tagged Zephyr 1.10.0-rc3. At this point we expect that v1.10.0 should be released in the next few days. We will be updating release notes over the next day or two and finishing of any release engineer efforts. If you have any bugs please open an issue and mark it as v1.10. The release notes are still work in progress, however a detailed log of the changes since v1.10.0-rc2 can be found here:
