The board is a nrf52840_pca10056.

Additionally, there is a typo in the CMakeLists.txt file for this
board.

zephyrt_compile_definitions -> zephyr_compile_definitions

Also, the set CONF_FILE for this board doesn't have an effect. prj.conf
is still used.

CONF_FILE=nrf5x.conf cmake -DBOARD=nrf52840_pca10056 ..

Selects the proper config file.
