Core407V STM32F407VET6 Board Definition

This is in reference to the MCU board https://www.waveshare.com/wi board BOARD olimex_stm32_e407. The LEDs flash as expected. However, when I try to use my own board definition (BOARD core407v_stm32f407), it builds but does not execute correctly (no LED flashing).
