What: All Zephyr services
Why: Monthly security and service udpates

Impact:

Services will be temporarily unavailable during system and service updates.

Changes:

* System security updates

* Jenkins will be updated to the latest LTS release and the plugins
updated as well as there are outstanding security updates

* Gerrit will be updated to v2.12.3 which released yesterday which fixes
a few minor issues that nobody from Zephyr has complained about as well
as a fix to the email domain validation which, while it hasn't blocked
anyone in Zephyr getting mail, that we're aware of, has caused issues in
other projects.

* Nexus will be updated to v 2.13.0-01

In most cases the outage will be less than a minute, however, Gerrit has
a tendency to take between 5 - 15 minutes to restart, usually closer to
15 minutes after a restart.
