Treat hyperlinks and attachments in this email with caution** Hi Kavin,
Depending on the Zephyr release you are using, pre v1.10 releases used KBuild and Post use cmake.
You will need to use the documentation for that release.
If you are on the v.1.9, please try to set the ZEPHYR_BASE environment variable to your zephyr repo root folder.
Or
make ZEPHYR_BASE=<zephyr repo> BOARD=<board> CONF_FILE=<config_file>

** This mail has been sent from an external source. Treat hyperlinks and attachments in this email with caution** Hi Kavin,
There is a white paper which gives a short overview of the Zephyr project, describes in what cases you should consider using the Zephyr Bluetooth LE Controller instead of one of Nordic Semiconductor's SoftDevices, and explains how to build and program this Controller on nRF5 ICs.
It can be found here: http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.whitepapers%2Fdita%2Fwhitepapers%2Fnwp_029%2Fintro.html&cp=11_2 Or http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nwp_029.pdf
If you are not receiving my emails, I am not sure how I can reach you.
Regards, Vinayak

Hello Team,
We have bought nRF52840 and nRF52 DK boards for BLE v5.0 testing with ellisys tester . Comport it is taking as ACM0 but HCI reset is failing in the IUT . As per the comment from nordic team HCI interface is not there in these boards. So how to install hex file from zephyrproject (samples/bluetooth/hci_uart sample for HCI over UART). I am unable to download this .Please help on this to proceed further .
