Hi Steve, You're right. It's an oversight that needs fixing. Friend support is not yet complete (there's just a very basic and incomplete skeleton for it), so this is less of an issue.

The code to conditionally set the gatt_proxy feature bit seems to be missing in these two functions. It looks like friend is also missing from comp_get_page_0. Can somebody familiar with the code

Which serial device do you connect minicom to? How is the device connected to your host? TinyTILe board is configured to use USB CDC, so the console output is on ttyACM, if you flash the Arduino board
