Formalized Contributor and Reviewer Expectations

The Process Working Group has published Contributor and Reviewer Expectations for working with the Zephyr project.

The Process Working Group encourages everyone to familiarize themselves with these expectations.

Some highlights:
  • Contributors encouraged to submit smaller, easier to review PRs
  • Defined escalation process for PRs that have stalled
  • Defined priorities for reviewers
  • Reviewers discouraged from expanding scope, or introducing feature creep on PRs
The goal of these expectations is to improve the velocity of reviewing and merging PRs.
