I have opened a PR for marking the Controller Area Network (CAN) controller driver API as stable for the upcoming Zephyr v3.3:

This status change is according to the plan laid out in the meta issue covering the activities planned for stabilising this API:

I will bring this PR up on the next Architecture WG meeting.
