As per the Release Management wiki [1], and given a 4-month cadence for releases, Zephyr v2.7.4 should be released 2022-12-22.

Community Members: Please ensure that all desired bugfixes are tagged for backport prior to then.

Maintainers: Please prepare release notes to include changes in your respective areas introduced into v2.7-branch since v2.7.3 (2022-08-22).
