The target milestones review for the Zephyr v3.3.0 release is planned
for 16 December, 2022.

After this date, the v3.3.0 release milestones will be reviewed and
approved at the TSC.

If you have any major features planned for this release, please add them
to the v3.3.0 column of the GitHub "Release Plan" project:
