Zephyr: Groups.io mail lists (duplicate messages)
To turn off duplicate emails, log into your account. Then look for the dropdown in the top right corner of the page, which will be either your name or email address. Click that and then click Account. From your Account page, click the Preferences sidebar tab. Look for the 'I always want copies of my own messages' checkbox and uncheck that. Then click the Update Preferences button.

Hi Brett,This is requiring an action from every user, present or future, to avoid unexpected mailing list behavior. Is there any way it could be made the list-wide default instead? Thanks,MartiOn Mon, Apr 9, 2018 at 9:53 AM, Brett Preston <bpreston@...> wrote:Members of the Zephyr Community,Since the transition to Groups.io for mail lists, we have received a few questions regarding receipt of duplicate emails when you are sending into the list(s).Please see below for instructions on how to turn off duplicate emails.I Am On Gmail And I Don't Like Getting Copies Of My MessagesTo turn off duplicate emails, log into your account. I just wanted to let everyone know the LF Helpdesk is reaching out to Groups.io directly about this, and we're optimistic we can find a solution that wouldn't require everyone to change their preferences. We'll be following up as soon as we have more information or updates.
I'm writing to let everyone know that this issue has been resolved, along with an issue with multiple "To:" addresses not being properly preserved in messages. If there are any further issues or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know.
Cheers!
