1. New ztest API migration status and issues discussion. https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/issues/47002 a. Avoid to call zassert in setup/before/tear down, as assert will kill the whole process which is not our expectation.
2. Emulator code maintenance https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/pull/47753

3. Enable cplusplus for test cases Will present in twg meeting once ready
